企业文化是企业发展的内动力和灵魂,它具有凝聚人、教育人、融合人的积极功效。企业文化建设反映着企业物质经济活动,它通过树立正确的经营思想、良好的企业精神、高尚的伦理道德和明确的企业目标,以规范企业员工的价值观和行为。企业要生存发展就必须寻求更科学、更系统、更完整的管理体系。企业文化提供了必要的企业组织结构和管理机制,当代企业要保持平稳和持续发展,必须开发出具有自己特色的企业文化。
Corporate culture is the driving force and soul of enterprise development, it has the cohesion of people, educating people, integration of people’s positive effect. The construction of corporate culture reflects the material and economic activities of enterprises. It regulates the values and behaviors of employees by establishing correct management ideas, good entrepreneurial spirit, noble ethics and clear corporate goals. To survive and develop, enterprises must seek a more scientific, systematic and complete management system. Corporate culture provides the necessary corporate organizational structure and management mechanism. To maintain a steady and sustainable development of contemporary enterprises, it is necessary to develop a corporate culture with its own characteristics.
