一、成果——经过多年探索和实践,乡镇企业在市场经济大潮中显示了生机和活力。据统计,全市共有乡镇企业25794家,其中集体841家,个体私营企业24953家。集体企业目前已有770家实行了新的产权组织形式和新的经营方式,改制率达91.6%。其中股份合作制企业190家,出售78家,租赁463家,组建有限公司21家。有20多家企业通过改制起死回生,全市乡镇企业通过改制或转制新增效益去年约为1730万元,占利税总额的10%。
I. Achievements—After years of exploration and practice, township and village enterprises have demonstrated their vigor and vitality in the tide of the market economy. According to statistics, there are 25,794 township and village enterprises in the city, including 841 collectives and 24,953 individual and private enterprises. At present, 770 collective enterprises have implemented new forms of property rights organization and new modes of operation, with a restructuring rate of 91.6%. Among them, 190 were joint-stock cooperative companies, 78 were sold, 463 were leased, and 21 were established. More than 20 companies have revived themselves through restructuring, and the newly-increased benefits of township and township enterprises through restructuring or restructuring have reached about 17.3 million yuan last year, accounting for 10% of total profits.
