领导干部是国家体系运行中的重要权力主体,严格规范领导干部政治生活,对于从严治党,增强党的创造力、战斗力、凝聚力具有重要的意义。规范领导干部政治生活,需要在决策上树立法治思维,在执行上提升法治能力,在管理中依法考核干部,在监督中依纪依法完善监控体系。严格党内政治生活,塑造党内良好政治生态,要不断创新治理方式和手段,兼顾刚性和柔性。
Leading cadres are the main body of power in the operation of the national system. Strict regulation of the political life of leading cadres is of great significance to the strict administration of the party and the enhancement of the party’s creativity, combat effectiveness and cohesion. In order to standardize the political life of leading cadres, we need to establish the rule of law thinking in decision-making, enhance the ability of the rule of law in execution, evaluate cadres in management according to law, and improve the monitoring system in accordance with the law in supervision. Strict internal political life of the Party and shaping a good political and ecological environment within the party should continue to innovate ways and means of governance and give consideration to both rigidity and flexibility.
