我人民海军自1985年以来,为配合国家外交,已先后12次派出23艘次舰船出访了16国家,有的国家已访问了多达3次。青岛舰是我国最新建造的新型导弹驱逐艘,服役不过两年,已有幸多次代表国家出访。去年3月与“铜陵号”导弹护卫舰组成舰艇编队,在东海舰队司令员杨玉书中将的率领下,访问了泰国、马来西亚、菲律宾3国。今年4～5月与“世昌号”训练舰和“南仓号”补蛤船组成舰艇编队,在北海舰队副参谋长韩芳润少将的率领下冲涛破浪、威武文明,访问了新西兰、澳大利亚和菲律宾3国。我作为青岛舰的一员,随青岛舰度过出访的全程,也记录了一些有关这些国家的习俗和景致,现作简略汇述,以飨读者。
Since 1985, in order to support the diplomacy of the country, our People’s Navy has dispatched 23 ships to 12 countries on 12 occasions and has visited 16 countries. Some countries have visited as many as 3 times. Qingdao Ship is China’s newest construction of a new type of missile expeller, serving for only two years, has the honor to repeatedly represent the country to visit. In March last year, he formed a fleet with the “Tongling” missile frigate. Under the leadership of Lieutenant General Yang Yushu, commander of the East China Sea Fleet, the three countries visited Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines. From April to May this year, a naval formation was formed with training ships “Shichang” and “Clamshells” of “South Cangqi”. Under the leadership of Major General Han Fangrun, deputy chief of staff of the North Sea Fleet, New Zealand, Australia and the Philippines. As a member of the Qingdao Ship, I spent my entire journey with Qingdao Ship. I also recorded some customs and views on these countries. I will briefly introduce myself to readers.
