固体润滑剂ＭｏＳ２在工业上已使用多年，用于高真空系统也很普遍，但是用在核聚变试验装置的超高真空系统内还不多见。 ＨＬ－１托卡马克装置抽气机组有四台φ３００口径的高真空闸阀，其阀芯结构金属零件的磨擦损伤严重，易引起阀门故障，我们在闭门内用了ＭｏＳ２，通过试验获得的结果是：粉状固体ＭｏＳ２可作为超高真空系统内的润滑剂。在ＨＬ－１托卡马克真空系统使用之后，没观测到有害影响。而阀门的可靠性和寿命提高很多。
