固体润滑剂MoS2在工业上已使用多年,用于高真空系统也很普遍,但是用在核聚变试验装置的超高真空系统内还不多见。 HL-1托卡马克装置抽气机组有四台φ300口径的高真空闸阀,其阀芯结构金属零件的磨擦损伤严重,易引起阀门故障,我们在闭门内用了MoS2,通过试验获得的结果是:粉状固体MoS2可作为超高真空系统内的润滑剂。在HL-1托卡马克真空系统使用之后,没观测到有害影响。而阀门的可靠性和寿命提高很多。
