芭蕉是喀麦隆的一种主要作物。收割后在25—26℃下三天,芭蕉开始转黄。用French Somber品种在温度8—10℃下试验,20天后,芭蕉的感官质量上没有变坏。本文还讨论了关于别的贮藏方法的结果。
Banana is a major crop in Cameroon. After harvest at 25-26 ℃ for three days, banana began turning yellow. The French Somber variety was tested at a temperature of 8-10 ° C, and after 20 days the plantain quality was not deteriorated. This article also discusses the results for other storage methods.
