这幢由三个盒子组成的建筑一一路劲地产上海院子雅院售楼中心,从建筑到景观再到室内,设计者将自己的设计哲学融入其中。空间分上下两层,以三个长方体块依次堆叠,外立面是覆盖着森林图案的白色冲孔板和镂空几何元素外墙,强调了盒子之间的主次关系,形成分明对比。建筑的方形与图案的构成体现出力量与柔美的结合,还充分表现出设计师的设想,享受自然与建筑和人的直接关系。三个盒子相遇的空间,是设计者融合东方建筑哲学与现代设计元素共同“搭建”而成的。
This three-box building is a one-stop shop for the Hong Kong Yard Court Yale sales center, from architecture to landscape to indoors, where designers incorporate their design philosophy. The upper and lower floors are divided into two layers and are stacked in three cuboid blocks in sequence. The facade is a white perforated plate covered with a forest pattern and an outer wall of hollow geometric elements, emphasizing the primary and secondary relationships between the boxes and forming a clear contrast. The square and pattern of the building reflect the combination of strength and softness, and fully reflect the designers’ ideas and enjoy the direct relationship between nature and architecture and people. The space where the three boxes meet is the result of the designers’ integration of Oriental architectural philosophy with modern design elements.
