目的探究全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的可行性和实用性。方法随机选取糖尿病患者280例,分为研究组和对照组,每组140例,研究组患者住院期间应用全程健康教育模式,对照组患者住院期间接受常规健康教育,比较两组的效果。结果比起对照组患者,研究组患者的血糖控制有效率、糖尿病知识掌握良好率、自我管理良好率、患者满意度更高,且健康教育后血糖控制更加理想,两组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病护理管理中应用全程健康教育模式,有助于提高患者的血糖控制有效率、糖尿病知识掌握良好率、自我管理良好率以及患者对健康教育的满意度,更值得应用和推广。
Objective To explore the feasibility and practicability of the whole health education mode in the management of diabetes care. Methods A total of 280 diabetic patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 140 cases in each group. The study group received whole-course health education during hospitalization while the control group received routine health education during hospitalization. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the study group had better glycemic control, better knowledge of diabetes, better self-management, better patient satisfaction, and better glycemic control after health education, with statistical differences between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the whole health education mode in diabetes nursing management helps to improve the efficiency of glycemic control, good knowledge of diabetes, good self-management and patient satisfaction with health education, so it is worthy to be applied and popularized.
