背景:骨形态发生蛋白2是骨形态蛋白家族中诱导成骨作用最强,并能单独诱导成骨的因子。目的:观察骨形态发生蛋白-α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯复合生物胶修复大鼠下颌骨缺损的效果。方法:将54只Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组、对照组、空白对照组。3组均制作下颌骨缺损模型,实验组缺损处植入骨形态发生蛋白-α-氰基丙烯酸复合生物胶,对照组植入壳聚糖温敏性凝胶,空白对照组不植入任何材料。结果与结论:①X射线片检查:植入后3,6,9周时,实验组剩余骨缺损面积均低于对照组及空白对照组(P<0.05)。②组织学观察:病理切片显示,实验组下颌骨成骨情况优于对照组及空白对照组。表明骨形态发生蛋白-α-氰基丙烯酸复合生物胶具有良好的生物相容性和骨诱导性,可显著促进颌骨缺损修复。
BACKGROUND: Bone morphogenetic protein 2 is the most osteogenic factor inducing osteogenesis in the bone morphogenetic protein family and can induce osteogenesis alone. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of bone morphogenetic protein-n-butyl α-cyanoacrylate composite gel in repairing mandibular defects in rats. Methods: 54 Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group, control group and blank control group. Mandibular defect models were made in 3 groups. Bone morphogenetic protein-α-cyanoacrylic acid composite bio-implants were implanted in experimental group, chitosan thermo-sensitive gel was implanted in control group, and blank control group was not implanted with any material . RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: ①X-ray examination: At 3, 6, and 9 weeks after implantation, the remaining bone defect area in experimental group was lower than that in control group and blank control group (P <0.05). ② Histological observation: Pathological sections showed that the mandibular osteogenesis in experimental group was better than that in control group and blank control group. The results showed that bone morphogenetic protein-α-cyanoacrylic acid composite bio-gum has good biocompatibility and osteoinductivity, which can significantly promote the repair of mandibular defects.
