近年来,社会经济的迅速发展、国民生活水平的不断提高,建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业一直扮演着重要角色。在城市化进程不断加快、高楼大厦拔地而起的同时,我国的建筑行业也在不断发展、迅速成长。与众多欧美发这国家相比,我国的现代建筑监理体系因起步较晚,仍存在技术落后、管理不够完善等问题,因而必须从客观角度出发,发现问题、认识问题、而后科学地解决问题,建立健全建筑监理体系,不断提高建筑工程质量,让千万老百姓的人身财产安全得到有力保障。
In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development and continuous improvement of the living standards of the people, the construction industry has always played an important role as a pillar industry of the national economy. As urbanization accelerates and high-rise buildings stand up, the construction industry in our country is also growing and growing rapidly. Compared with many countries in Europe and the United States, because of the late start of our country’s modern building supervision system, there are still some problems such as backward technology and imperfect management. Therefore, we must find out the problems and recognize the problems objectively and then solve the problems scientifically. Establish and improve the building supervision system, and continuously improve the quality of construction projects, so that millions of people’s personal and property security are effectively protected.
