本文研究红三叶—猫尾草草地中植物雌激素含量的变化情况。早春时,红三叶草地中雌激素含量较高,到夏季时下降,再生草中雌激素的含量也较高。再生草生长的长短和收获的时间均影响其含量。混播草地中植物雌激素的含量稍高于单播红三叶草地中的。猫尾草草地中雌激素的含量可忽略不计。施氮降低了混播草地中红三叶的比例,因而减少了雌激素的含量。氮肥也降低了红三叶中的祖蛋白质含量。本研究发现红三叶中雌激素和粗蛋白质含量之间是强相关。植物雌激素总量中大部分是芒柄花黄素和鸡豆黄素—A。大豆黄素和金雀昇黄素的含量较低,但有其自身的变化规律。
In this paper, we studied the changes of phytoestrogen content in the red clover - meadow grass. In early spring, the content of estrogen in red clover is higher, decreasing in summer, and the content of estrogen in regenerating grass is also higher. Regenerated grass growth and harvest time affect its content. The contents of phytoestrogens in mixed-sowing grassland are slightly higher than those in unicompressed red clover. Timothrace grass estrone content is negligible. Nitrogen fertilization reduced the proportion of red clover in the mixed-sown grassland, thereby reducing the amount of estrogen. Nitrogen also reduced the progenin content in the red clover. The present study found that there is a strong correlation between the content of estrogen and crude protein in the red clover. The majority of the total phytoestrogens are theononin and chickpea-A. The content of daidzein and genus rose flavin is lower, but has its own variation rule.
