目的讨论全面质量管理理念在药剂科的实践经验。方法以我院的具体实践为依据,总结全面质量管理经验。结果经过全面质量管理建设,我院医院升级,医护人员对全面质量管理的认识得到加强。结论全面质量管理建设是现代医院建设的重要工作,通过该建设,可以促进医院更好发展。
Objective To discuss the practical experience of TQM in Pharmacy. Methods Based on the practice of our hospital, the methods of total quality management are summarized. Results After the construction of total quality management, the hospital of our hospital was upgraded and the medical staff’s understanding of total quality management was strengthened. Conclusion The construction of total quality management is an important task in modern hospital construction. Through this construction, it is possible to promote the better development of the hospital.
