我院儿科病房发生一起鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染(以下简称鼠伤寒)。在我科病房内发病有19例,外院转来2例,无症状带菌者4例,均培养出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(以下简称鼠伤寒菌)。环境采样培养出鼠伤寒菌8株,捕病房内活鼠检出鼠伤寒菌3株,共36株,由市防疫站细菌室协助,用亚硒酸盐增菌培养基接种,经生化和血清学鉴定证实。现将流行情况的调查和21例临床报告如下。
Pediatric ward in our hospital with a Salmonella typhimurium infection (hereinafter referred to as typhoid fever). There were 19 cases in our ward, 2 cases in the outer hospital, 4 cases in asymptomatic carriers, and Salmonella typhimurium (hereinafter referred to as S. typhimurium) were all cultivated. Environmental sampling cultured out of 8 strains of typhoid cold, ward live ward detected 3 strains of typhimurium, a total of 36 strains, by the city epidemic prevention station bacteria room assistance, with selenite enrichment medium inoculated by biochemical and serum School appraisal confirmed. Now epidemiological survey and 21 cases of clinical reports are as follows.
