简述了特征参数化设计方法的基本涵义及其在Pro/E系统中实现的基本途径,并将该设计方法应用于竞赛机器人的设计。运用特征参数化方法可实现:机器人机构设计参数化模型的建立;传动模型的生成与修改;虚拟装配以检验设计的合理性;运动分析和动态仿真,收集相关信息改进设计;众多零部件的工程图纸的快速生成。经在西南科技大学竞赛机器人设计中运用,提高了设计的灵活性,缩短了研制周期,提高了工作效率。
The basic connotation of feature parameterized design method and its basic approach in Pro / E system are briefly described. The design method is applied to the design of competitive robot. The characteristic parameterization method is used to realize the establishment of parametric model of robot mechanism design, the generation and modification of transmission model, the virtual assembly to verify the rationality of design, the analysis of motion and dynamic simulation, the collection of related information to improve the design, the engineering of many parts Rapid generation of drawings.
