采用化学交联的方法,研究了以DCP为交联剂,SR444为助交联剂的交联体系对聚丙烯熔体粘度的影响,使用转矩流变仪表征了改性后聚丙烯的粘度变化。研究发现,体系的熔体粘度与SR444和DCP的相对量有关,当二者的用量相当,熔体粘度较高。通过挤出机发泡发现,体系熔体粘度高发泡效果好,熔体平衡扭矩为3.9Nm的PP,发泡的密度为0.398g/cm3。
The effects of crosslinking system using DCP as crosslinking agent and SR444 as co-crosslinking agent on the melt viscosity of polypropylene were studied by chemical cross-linking method. The viscosity of modified polypropylene was characterized by torque rheometer Variety. The results show that the melt viscosity of the system is related to the relative amount of SR444 and DCP, and the melt viscosity is higher when the amount of both is the same. Foaming through the extruder found that the system of high melt viscosity foam, melt balance torque of 3.9Nm PP, foam density of 0.398g / cm3.
