目的:建立双黄连注射剂中黄芩苷的微乳液相色谱(MELC)测定方法,并考察其影响因素。方法:以2.0%SDS—0.8%正己烷—6.0%异丙醇—93.2%水,磷酸调p H至3.00为流动相。采用Hypersil BDS C185 um(4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,柱温为25℃,检测波长278 nm。结果:实验发现,被测成分黄芩苷的线性范围和相关系数分别为6μg/m L~60 mg/m L,r=0.9997。对应的平均回收率和相对标准偏差RSD分别为:99.24%,0.56%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速、精确、专属性强,可用于双黄连注射剂中的黄芩苷质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection by MELC and investigate its influencing factors. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of 2.0% SDS-0.8% n-hexane-6.0% isopropanol-93.2% water and phosphoric acid adjusted p H to 3.00. A Hypersil BDS C185 um (4.6 mm × 150 mm) column was used with a column temperature of 25 ° C and a detection wavelength of 278 nm. Results: The experimental results showed that the linear range and the correlation coefficients of baicalin were 6μg / m L ~ 60 mg / m L, r = 0.9997. The corresponding average recovery and relative standard deviation RSD were: 99.24%, 0.56% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific and can be used for the quality control of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection.
