本文建立了２１种安眠镇静药物的两种检测器两种色谱柱气相色谱系统分离分析方法：建立了血中常见安眠镇静药物的固相萃取方法，以ＳＫＦ５２５Ａ作为内标，对３类２１种安眠镇静药物分别在ＳＥ－５４和ＢＰ－１０毛细管色谱柱上进行了分离和分析。回收率在７０％以上，ＲＳＤ在１．２０％～６．６２％，最小检出浓度为０．０１～０．４μｇ／ｍｌ．用两种检测器两种不同性质的色谱柱进行分析，分析结果的可靠性大大提高．本法应用到８例临床中毒样品分析中，都取得了很好的效果．
In this paper, two kinds of sedatives and sedatives of 21 kinds of sedatives were separated and analyzed by two kinds of gas chromatographic system: Separation and determination of common sedative drugs in blood by solid-phase extraction method. Sedatives were separated and analyzed on SE-54 and BP-10 capillary columns, respectively. The recovery rate was above 70%, RSD was 1.20% ~ 6.62%, and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 ~ 0.4μg / ml. Two kinds of detectors with two different types of columns for analysis, the reliability of the results greatly improved. This method is applied to 8 cases of clinical poisoning in the sample analysis, have achieved good results.
