目的优选木香健胃颗粒浓缩液最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件。方法采用L9(34)正交设计试验法,以木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯总含量和出粉率、含水率为指标,选取浓缩液相对密度、进液速度、进风口温度为考察因素,优选木香健胃颗粒浓缩液的喷雾干燥工艺。结果最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件为浓缩液相对密度为1.08(25℃),进液速度为20ml·min~(-1),进风口温度为170℃。结论该优选工艺合理、稳定、可行,可为木香健胃颗粒实际大生产提供试验依据。
Objective To optimize the best spray-drying process conditions of MuXiangJiangWei particle concentrate. Methods The L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to determine the relative density, liquid inlet velocity and inlet air temperature of the concentrate, using the total content of woodlone lactone, dehydrocostuslactone, For the study of factors, preferably wood-based stomach concentrate spray spray drying process. Results The optimum conditions of spray drying were as follows: the relative density of the concentrate was 1.08 (25 ℃), the inlet velocity was 20ml · min -1 and the air inlet temperature was 170 ℃. Conclusion The optimal process is reasonable, stable and feasible, which can provide the experimental basis for the actual production of woody stomach particles.
