公路建设是施工建设工程的重要组成部分,其作为国民经济发展的基础必要工程设施同样有它的重要意义,公路工程施工的质量的管理与控制决定了施工过程中的经济效益、公路质量以及协作有序等多方面,并且由于它是一项较为系统复杂的施工工程。其具备流动性强、协作性高、规范性严谨、周期较长等特点,同时施工过程中会受到外界自然因素干扰等。而本文结合了现场施工管理的技术要点,阐述了施工过程科学、合理、有序、有组织的现场施工管理等全面性的措施,以便公路施工质量得以保证。
