结合某矿近距离煤层下部煤层回采巷道支护的工程实例,采用FLAC3D软件模拟分析了下部煤层合理的巷道位置,针对近距离煤层下部煤层回采巷道顶板岩层受上下煤层的采动影响后完整性差的特点,设计采用高强高预应力锚杆、金属网及W钢带或钢带托盘、短笼型锚索、槽钢梁的锚网索梁联合支护方案进行了现场试验。结果表明:该支护方案可有效地控制垂直裂隙的发展,使顶板岩层形成最佳组合梁状态,取得了良好的巷道稳定支护效果。
Combining with the project example of roadway supporting in the lower coal seam near the mine, FLAC3D software was used to simulate the reasonable roadway location in the lower coal seam. According to the poor integrity of the roof strata in the lower coal seam after mining, The field test was carried out by adopting the joint support scheme of anchor net and cable beam with high strength and high prestressed anchor, metal net, W steel strip or steel tray, short cage anchor cable and channel girder. The results show that this support scheme can effectively control the development of vertical fractures and make the top rock formations form the optimal composite beam, which has achieved good effect of roadway stability.
