从刮宫和水囊引产术取2—8胎月胎儿24例,从成年人胃肠患者手术远端取正常胃肠组织6例。采用SPA间接酶标免疫组化方法,显示胎儿的胃肠粘膜上皮细胞的cGmp—IR和cAmp—IR显色反应随胎龄月份增高逐渐加深,第七胎月后逐渐减弱接近成年人。胎儿的胃肠粘膜上皮细胞的基底端和游离端显色反应不同有极性。基底端显色较深游离端较弱。胎儿的胃肠粘膜上皮细胞cGmp—IR显色比cAmp—IR较强属cGmp>cAmp型。而成年人胃肠粘膜上皮细胞显色均较弱两者无差异属cGmp=cAmp型。成年人粘膜上皮细胞基底端和游离端显色近似,胎儿胃肠腺上皮比粘膜上皮显色较强和成年人近似。
Twenty-four cases of fetuses with fetuses of 2-8 fetuses were taken from the curettage and abortion technique, and 6 cases of normal gastrointestinal tissues were taken from the distal end of the gastrointestinal tract in adults. Using SPA indirect enzyme-labeled immunohistochemistry, the colorimetric response of cGmp-IR and cAmp-IR in fetal gastrointestinal mucosal epithelial cells was gradually increased with the increase of gestational age months, gradually weakening close to adults after the seventh fetal month. The chromogenic response of basal and free ends of fetal gastrointestinal mucosal epithelial cells is different. Basal end darker than the free end. The fetal gastrointestinal mucosal epithelial cells cGmp-IR color stronger than cAmp-IR is cGmp> cAmp type. However, the color development of adult gastrointestinal epithelial cells was weak. There was no difference in cGmp=cAmp type. The basal and free ends of mucosal epithelial cells in adult humans are similar in color development, and fetal gastrointestinal gland epithelium is stronger than mucosal epithelium and adults are similar.
