我们离退休管理中心离休党支部有32名党员,平均年龄达73岁。为使身体多病、行动不便的老同志在条件允许的情况下也能定期参加组织生活,我们在离休党支部建立了党日活动到床前制度。党小组建制“方便第一” 我们把居住在北京8个城区的老同志重新划分了党小组,将15名行动不便的老同志分别编在离家最近的党小组,他们相互沟通和探访,并实行支部委员分工负责制,每个支委主抓一个党小组。要搞好党日活动关键在党小组长。我们挑选责任心强、身体条件好、家庭负担轻的老同志担任党小组长。活动前,党支部要召开党小组长会,要求各党小组精心准备,突出学习重点。学习内容和时间的长短要符合老同志的特点。形式有读书、研讨、看录像,或开展寓教于乐的答题活动等。我们还根据情况变化和需要,随时调整或组建临时党小组。前年,正值5位老同志在苏家佗医院住院期间,全市组织离退休党员开展“发扬革命传统,争取更大光荣”的大讨论,党支部组织他们成立了临时党
