在航运市场持续低迷的现状下,调控运力成为航运企业走出困境最有效的办法。近日,上海国际航运研究中心发布了第二季度中国航运景气报告(下文简称报告)。报告显示,自2011年四季度以来,中国航运景气指数已经七个季度处于景气分界线以下,中国航运业景气状况继续恶化。2013年第二季度,中国航运景气指数为86.70点,处于相对不景气区间。在整体行业低迷的背景下,船舶运输企业低迷更甚,经连续十个季度处于不景气区间,而且有持续深度恶化的趋势。“船舶运输业基本都是亏损的,整个行业都不景气,主要原因就是运力增长过快。”河北远洋运输集团高管魏进超在接受本刊记者
