一、前言运动负荷,又称生理负荷,是指人做练习时所承受的生理负荷。运动负荷包括运动量和运动强度两个方面。在锻炼时只有运动负荷保持适宜,才能收到较好的效果,运动负荷过小过大都不行。过小,则达不到锻炼的目的;过大,又超出了人身心所能承受的限度,对人身心健康和教学任务的完成都十分不利。在小学阶段中长跑训练中,安排训练的运动负荷,总的来说,应遵循小学生生理机能活动能力变化的规律和人体机能适应性规律,循序渐进,逐渐加大运动负荷。在整个训练中,随着学生身体素质的提高,根据学生对运动负荷的适应过程和机能恢复过程的生理规律,可有节奏地逐步加大运动负荷。因此,在遵循小学生运动负荷的原则下,切实有效的训练方法将成为学生成绩提高的关键。二、训练中应合理调节运动负荷在训练计划中周密的安排运动负荷,要重视并且设计合理的运动负荷,针对不同
