拉丁美洲作为世界油气资源最丰富的地区之一,历来受到国际投资的青睐。从上世纪90年代开始,拉美国家鼓励吸引外资以解决本国开采资金和能力不足的问题。但近年来,随着国际油价的攀升,拉美国家掀起了一股国有化和征收浪潮,成为了对拉丁美洲石油投资的法律障碍。本文通过对当前拉丁美洲石油投资的现状分析,研究了造成拉丁美洲石油投资法律障碍的表现。
As one of the most abundant oil and gas resources in the world, Latin America has always been favored by international investment. Since the 1990s, Latin American countries have encouraged the attraction of foreign investment to solve the problem of insufficient funds and capacity for their exploitation. However, in recent years, as the international oil prices have risen, the Latin American countries have set off a wave of nationalization and collection and become a legal obstacle to the oil investment in Latin America. This article examines the current legal status of Latin American oil investment by examining the current status of Latin American oil investment.
