采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法，测定了水煎灵芝液和醇提液及灵芝中K．Na．Ca．Mg．Mn．Zn和Fe，对于了解灵芝各成分含量和合理提取其有效成分有参考价值。

Using air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the decoction of Ganoderma lucidum and alcohol extracts and Ganoderma lucidum in K. Na. Ca. Mg. Mn. Zn and Fe are valuable for understanding the content of Ganoderma lucidum and extracting its effective components.
