本文以废弃土和工业废渣制成的烧结矩形多孔砌块作为研究对象,通过对孔洞内插聚苯板,对其进行热工性能理论计算对比分析,并且通过热流计法对其热工性能进行测试,分析聚苯板对烧结多孔砌块的保温隔热性能的影响.计算和试验结果表明:聚苯板能够显著的降低传热系数,提高保温隔热性能,达到节能65%的建筑设计标准,对降低以多孔砌块作为墙体材料建筑的耗能具有重要的指导意义,同时也为完善围护结构的自保温体系提供参考。
In this paper, sintered rectangular porous blocks made of waste soil and industrial waste slag are used as research objects. By inserting polyphenylene plates into holes, the thermal performance of the porous blocks is compared and analyzed theoretically, and the thermal performance is performed by heat flow meter method. Test and analysis of the effect of polystyrene on the thermal insulation performance of sintered porous blocks. Calculations and test results show that: Polystyrene board can significantly reduce the heat transfer coefficient, improve the thermal insulation performance, to achieve energy-saving 65% of the architectural design standards It has important guiding significance for reducing the energy consumption of building with porous blocks as a wall material, and also provides reference for improving the self-insulation system of the envelope structure.
