对 Bi系超导体热处理前后的轧制试样的高温超导相组成进行了分析。结果表明 ,经过轧制和热处理后 ,超导体的高温超导相组成发生了变化 ,其中 1 1 0 K相含量大大提高。热处理工艺所具有的较高的保温温度以及轧制工艺引起的超导晶粒的碎化是 1 1 0 K相含量提高的主要原因。
The high temperature superconducting phase composition of the rolled samples before and after heat treatment of the Bi-based superconductors was analyzed. The results show that the high temperature superconducting phase composition of the superconductor has changed after rolling and heat treatment, in which the content of 110 K increases greatly. The higher holding temperature of the heat treatment process and the reduction of the superconducting grains caused by the rolling process are the main reasons for the increase of the K phase content.
