[目的 ]为全面评估我省各地消除碘缺乏病工作的进展 ,建立健全可持续发展消除碘缺乏病的工作机制。[方法 ]按卫生部等五部委和省卫生厅的关于《实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估方案》 (简称评估方案 )的要求随机抽查龙岩市的漳平、永定、上杭、长汀、武平 5个县 (市 )进行评估。 [结果 ]组织领导 ,碘盐管理和健康教育 3项综合指标得分为 93.1分 ,8～ 10岁学生甲状腺肿大率为 1.75 % ,尿碘中位数为 35 2 .78μg/ L ,批发、零售、用户的碘盐合格率均在 90 %以上。 [结论 ]龙岩市已达到实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标。
[Objective] To comprehensively evaluate the progress of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders throughout our province and establish and improve the working mechanism of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders in sustainable development. [Methods] According to the requirements of “Evaluation Plan of Eliminating Iodine Deficiency Disease Stage” (hereinafter referred to as evaluation plan) according to the requirements of five ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Health and the provincial health department to randomly select Zhangping, Yongding, Shanghang, Changting and Wuping of Longyan 5 counties (cities) to assess. [Results] The results showed that the scores of the three comprehensive indexes of organizational leadership, iodized salt management and health education were 93.1 points, the prevalence of goiter was 1.75% in students aged 8-10, the median of urinary iodine was 35 2 .78μg / L, wholesale and retail , The user’s iodized salt pass rate of more than 90%. [Conclusion] Longyan City has reached the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency stage.
