中央经济工作会议12月5日至7日在北京举行,中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席胡锦涛发表重要讲话。吴邦国、温家宝、贾庆林、李长春、习近平、李克强、贺国强、周永康出席会议。会议提出了明年宏观经济的指导政策。首先,保持宏观经济政策的连续性和稳定性,继续实施积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策。其次,要以扩大内需特别是增加居民消费需求为重点,以稳步推进城镇化为依托,优化产业结构,努力使经济结构调整取得明显进展。最后,做好明年经济工作,重点要在促进发展方式转变上下功夫,在发展中促转变,在转变中谋发展。
The Central Economic Work Conference was held in Beijing from December 5 to December 7 with President Hu Jintao, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, chairman of the Central Military Commission, and chairman of the Central Military Commission delivered an important speech. Wu Bangguo, Wen Jiabao, Jia Qinglin, Li Changchun, Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, He Guoqiang and Zhou Yongkang attended the meeting. The meeting proposed the macroeconomic guidance policy next year. First of all, maintain the continuity and stability of macroeconomic policies and continue to implement proactive fiscal policies and moderately easy monetary policies. Second, we should focus on expanding domestic demand, especially increasing consumer demand, and rely on the steady progress of urbanization to optimize the industrial structure and make remarkable progress in economic restructuring. Finally, we should do a good job in economic work next year, with a focus on accelerating the transformation of the mode of development, promoting change during development, and seeking development through transformation.
