(一)前言 微合金化技术在钢中的应用,最早表现在高强度低合金钢板的研制方面。其特征是在低碳钢中加入微量强碳化物形成元素V,Nb,Ti并采用控制轧制工艺。 七十年代中期,西德Siidwest Foien钢铁公司与本茨汽车厂合作,将上述微合金化技术应用于中碳钢中,通过控制锻造方法制造汽车曲轴。使微合金碳、氮化合物在珠光体中的共析铁素体和先共析铁素体相中析出,使强度达到了原中碳钢调质的水平,从而奠定了微合金化中碳非调质钢的研制和应用基础。
