新修订版的国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》(以下简称“新标准”)已于2015年1月1日开始实施。为做好新标准的贯彻落实工作,陕西省住建厅日前下发通知,要求各级住房城乡建设行政主管部门认真贯彻实施新标准,进一步增强责任感和紧迫感;建立完善工作机制与制度,促进绿色建筑健康发展。通知明确,申报绿色建筑设计标识时,工程设计完成时间在2015年1月1日以后或者2015年3月30日以后取得施工图审查合格书的项目,应执行新标准;2015年7月1日起,所有项目均应执行新标准。申报绿色建筑运行标识时,以竣工验收时间为节点,
