供电企业作为地方经济发展、社会经济建设的重要部分,与国计民生密不可分。提高供电企业内部控制,对提高管理水平,完善人、财、物集约化管理、深化企业风险意识具有重要作用。随着国网公司“两个转变”的深入开展以及“三集五大”体系建设,企业内部控制问题和矛盾日益凸显;因此,在实际企业内部管理控制中,必须加强信息沟通,完善环境建设,建立科学的内控程序和方法,从根本上增强执行力,完善内部监控。本文结合我国供电企业内部控制,对内部控制存在的问题以及控制对策进行了简要的探究和阐述。

With the further development of State Grid Corporation and the “two changes” and the construction of “three sets and five major” systems, the problems and contradictions in internal control of enterprises have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, in the actual management and control of enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen information communication, Improve the environment, establish a scientific internal control procedures and methods, fundamentally enhance the execution, improve internal control. In this paper, the internal control of China’s power supply enterprises, the problems of internal control and control measures were briefly explored and elaborated.
