采用小鼠断颅和结扎双侧颈总动脉的方法 ,复制急性脑缺血模型。结果表明中风醒脑口服液三个剂量( 2 5 .0、16 .7、8.3g生药 /kg)灌胃给药 ,均可明显延长小鼠断颅后的喘息时间和延长双侧颈总动脉结扎致缺血小鼠的存活时间 ;体外实验并能降低小鼠脑组织过氧化脂质 (LPO)的含量。提示中风醒脑口服液对脑缺血有保护作用。
A mouse model of cerebral ischemia was replicated by severing and ligating bilateral common carotid arteries. The results showed that three doses of Zhongfeng Xingnao Oral Liquid (20.5, 16.7, and 8.3g crude drug/kg) were administered intragastrically, which can significantly prolong the wheezing time after fracture and prolong the common carotid artery. The survival time of ischemic mice induced by ligation; in vitro experiments can reduce the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) in mouse brain tissue. Tip Zhongfeng Xingnao Oral Liquid has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia.
