编者按:今年中央一号文件明确提出,要把产业链、价值链等现代产业组织方式引入农业,推进农村一二三产业融合发展。实践中,农村一二三产业融合发展的态势也愈发明显。通过农业内部子产业整合、农业多功能性挖掘、技术渗透、二产的前延后伸等方式,农业的内涵和外延得到前所未有的拓展。农村产业融合是篇大文章,不仅需要系统的理论研究和梳理,还需要实践经验的总结。本期刊发
Editor’s note: This year’s document No.1 clearly stated that it is necessary to introduce modern industrial organization such as the industrial chain and value chain into agriculture and promote the integration of the first, second and third industries in rural areas. In practice, the trend of integration and development of the first, second and third industries in rural areas has become more and more obvious. The connotation and extension of agriculture have been expanded unprecedentedly through the integration of the sub-industries within agriculture, the diversification of agricultural functions, the penetration of technologies and the extension of the second production.
