高强度聚焦超声用于肿瘤热疗是一种无损、有效的新型肿瘤治疗手段,正日益得到广泛的应用,而超声换能器的聚焦性能直接影响到治疗的效果。本文从理论上分别讨论了声透镜聚焦和凹球面自聚焦两种常用的聚焦方式的原理及特点,并结合实际应用比较了两者在高强度聚焦超声热疗中的优缺点,最后得出结论:凹球面镜自聚焦比声透镜聚焦更适于HIFU对肿瘤的治疗。
High-intensity focused ultrasound for tumor hyperthermia is a non-invasive and effective new type of tumor treatment. It is increasingly widely used, and the focusing performance of ultrasonic transducers directly affects the therapeutic effect. This paper theoretically discusses the principle and characteristics of two commonly used focusing methods: acoustic lens focusing and concave spherical autofocus, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of both in high-intensity focused ultrasound hyperthermia in combination with practical applications. : Concave spherical mirror focusing is better than acoustic lens focusing for HIFU treatment of tumors.
