高校辅导员有着特殊的地位和作用,担负着最基层、最直接的教育和管理职能,也是高校思想政治工作的主力军。培养一支政治素质硬、业务能力强的辅导员队伍毋庸置疑是高校学生管理工作关键的一个环节。本文分析了新时期下高职院校辅导员队伍的主要特点和队伍建设中存在的主要困难,结合《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》中的有关内容,构建了基于核心工作能力培养的高职院校辅导员队伍建设“五力”模型,明确了高职院校辅导员五个方面的核心能力,是对高职院校辅导员队伍全方位建设的有益探索。
College counselors have a special status and role, bear the most basic level, the most direct education and management functions, but also the ideological and political work of the main force. It is undoubtedly a crucial link in the management of college students to cultivate a team of counselors who are both hard-core and competent in politics. This article analyzes the main characteristics of the contingent of counselors and the major difficulties in the construction of the contingent of higher vocational colleges in the new era. Combining the relevant contents of “Vocational Ability Criteria for College Counselors (Interim)”, this article builds a system based on core competencies Vocational college counselor team “five forces ” model, clear the core competencies of counselors in higher vocational colleges in five aspects, is a useful exploration of all-round construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
