目的分析探讨洛阳市42例布氏杆菌病的临床特点。方法对2009年1月至2015年10月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的42例布氏菌病例,回顾性分析其流行病学、临床表现、实验室检查、治疗结果。结果布氏菌病多发生于春、夏、秋季,临床表现缺乏特异性,早期易误诊。有明显的流行病学特点。利福平联合多西环素治疗疗效肯定。结论掌握布氏菌的流行病学特征及临床特点,可提高诊断率,合理规范的治疗,预后良好。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of 42 cases of brucellosis in Luoyang. Methods A total of 42 cases of brucellosis admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2009 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed for their epidemiology, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and treatment outcomes. Results brucellosis occurred in spring, summer and autumn, the lack of specificity of clinical manifestations, early misdiagnosis. There are obvious epidemiological features. Rifampicin combined with doxycycline treatment effect. Conclusion Grasp the epidemiological characteristics of Brucella and clinical features, can improve the diagnostic rate, reasonable and standardized treatment, the prognosis is good.
