伴随我国财政体制改革的不断深入,事业单位财务预算管理成为其财务管理工作的重要内容。财务预算管理在提高财政资金使用效率、保障财政资金安全中发挥重要作用。强化财务预算管理,能够推进事业单位实现其服务社会的公共职能,促进事业单位经济效益与社会效益的实现。本文整理了事业单位财务预算管理的概念、内容、方法,分析事业单位财务预算管理的重要性,并提出强化事业单位财务预算管理的措施。
With the continuous deepening of China’s financial system reform, the financial budget management of public institutions has become an important part of its financial management. Financial budget management plays an important role in improving the efficiency of using financial funds and ensuring the safety of financial funds. Strengthening financial budget management can promote public institutions to fulfill their public service functions in society and promote the realization of economic and social benefits of public institutions. This article has organized the concept, content and method of financial budget management in public institutions, analyzed the importance of financial budget management in public institutions, and put forward measures to strengthen the financial budget management of public institutions.
