通过测量Al-Cu4.5%合金矩形杆件的变形动态曲线及挠度曲线,研究了杆件变形的特点,以及杆件的尺寸因素、各种工艺条件对控制变形的影响.得到如下结果:(1)矩形杆的变形挠曲线符合方程y=kx2;(2)矩形杆的变形随高度增大呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;(3)提高浇注温度、铸型初始温度,减小底板的激冷能力能有效地控制变形.
By measuring the deformation curve and the deflection curve of Al-Cu4.5% rectangular rod, the deformation characteristics of the rod, the size of the rod and the influence of various process conditions on the control deformation are studied. The results are as follows: (1) The deflection curves of rectangular rods conform to the equation y = kx2; (2) the deformation of rectangular rods first increases and then decreases with increasing height; (3) The initial temperature, reducing the cooling capacity of the floor can effectively control the deformation.
