20世纪中国古代小说研究基本上完成了由传统学问向近代人文学科的转化过程。21世纪以来的十来年,小说研究在小说文献的发现和整理、小说文体和小说文化的研究方面取得重要进展,近代小说研究和古代小说域外传播研究开拓了新局面,研究方法有新变化。小说研究的进一步发展,需要重视学理思考、学科建设,需要具有问题意识。
The study of ancient Chinese novels in the 20th century has basically completed the transformation from traditional learning to modern humanities. In the past ten years since the 21st century, the study of novels has made important progress in the discovery and arrangement of novels, the study of novels and novels, and the research on modern novels and ancient novels has opened up new prospects and new research methods. The further development of the study of novels needs to pay attention to theoretical thinking and discipline construction, and needs to be problem-conscious.
