2000年 11月 26日，中电联在海南省海口市召开第三届常务理事会第三次会议。中电联常务副理事长刘宏在 2000年工作汇报中，回顾了 2000年中电联主要工作，提出 2001年工作的指导思想、总体目标，初步安排了 2001年的工作重点。受中电联理事长赵希正委托，中电联名誉理事长张绍贤作总结讲话，分析了当前的形势和深化电力体制改革的情况，并提出了几点认识和希望。本刊现摘要刊载。
On November 26, 2000, CEC held the third meeting of the third standing council in Haikou, Hainan Province. Liu Hong, executive vice chairman of the China Electricity Council, reviewed the main work of the CEC in 2000 during the work report for the year 2000, proposed the guiding ideology and overall goals for the 2001 work, and initially arranged the work priorities for 2001. By Zhao Xizheng, the chairman of the China Light and Power Co., Ltd., Zhang Shaoxian, Celebrity Chairman of CEC, made a concluding speech, analyzed the current situation and deepened the reform of the power system, and put forward several points of understanding and hope.
