采用放射免疫法测定50例2—14岁正常儿童,120例住院患儿(其中急性肾炎52例,单纯性肾病9例,肾炎性肾病14例,紫癜性肾炎15例,单纯性血尿4例,尿路感染4例,系统性红斑性狼疮4例,过敏性紫癜单纯型18例)动态观察血和尿β_2微球蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、白蛋白值,作统计学处理,与常用的肾功能检查相比较发现:在判断肾小球和肾小管功能的各项指标中血和尿β_2M、IgG、Alb的放免法测定,以其灵敏度高、需血量少等优点故值得进一步探讨其对儿科肾脏病诊断的意义。
