本文用粉尘螨浸液对哈尔滨市1180人做皮肤挑刺试验,阳性率为12.80%,男女未见明显差异。尘螨阴性中,过敏性鼻炎、气管炎、哮喘、皮炎、荨麻疹、药敏症等患病率为14.5%。而尘螨阳性中为76.16%。反之有上述疾病人群中尘螨阳性率为33.96%,无上述疾病人群仅6.67%。鼻炎合并气管炎,皮炎合并鼻炎阳性率为83.33%和62.50%,明显高于单独患一种疾病人群,且反应度也高。
In this paper, dust dite mite immersion on 1180 people in Harbin to do the skin prick test, the positive rate was 12.80%, no significant differences between men and women. In dust mites negative, the prevalence of allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, asthma, dermatitis, urticaria and drug allergy was 14.5%. The dust mites positive for 76.16%. On the contrary, the positive rate of dust mite in the above-mentioned diseases was 33.96%, only 6.67% of the population without the above-mentioned diseases. The positive rate of rhinitis complicated with bronchitis and dermatitis with rhinitis was 83.33% and 62.50%, which was significantly higher than that of a single disease patient with a high degree of reactivity.
