In order to improve the quality of handling cases and enhance the sense of responsibility of administrative law enforcement personnel, the Statistics Bureau of Sanmenxia City implemented the “Administrative Law Enforcement Responsibility System and the Misstatement System” from July 1, 2002 onwards.
