少先队的活动,如同挖井,开掘得深,就会在深入中出新。所谓深入挖掘法,就是围绕确定的活动主题,从纵的方向深入开掘,从横的方向往外扩散,深入、细致、巧妙地去开展工作,从中发现新思想、新内容、新形式。我们以少先队迎接新同学的活动为例来加以说明。九月一日开学当天,少先队都要迎接刚刚入学的一年级新同学。学校里挂上几面彩旗,黑板报上画上欢迎小同学的图画,高年级队员领着小同学熟悉一下学校的环境,、有的学校高、中年级与一年级建立友谊班,等等。这样做已经形成了常规。迎新活动如何向纵深开掘,往横向扩散,搞得具有新意呢?
Young Pioneers activities, like digging wells, digging deep, it will be in-depth in the new. The so-called in-depth mining method is based on the identified theme of activities, digging in from the vertical direction, spreading outward from the horizontal direction, conducting in-depth, meticulous and clever work to find new ideas, new contents and new forms. We illustrate the case of Young Pioneers welcoming new students. On the first day of Sept. 1, the Young Pioneers should welcome the freshmen who have just joined the class. The school is filled with a few bunting flags, the blackboard newspaper is drawn on a picture of welcoming small classmates. The senior students lead small classmates to familiarize themselves with the school environment. Some schools have high school grades and the first grade establish friendship classes. This has become a routine. How to welcome the new activities to dig in depth, to the lateral proliferation, and do something new?
