航空应急投送是应急救援的核心内容,本文在总结航空应急投送在我国灾害应急救援中的作用和意义地同时,着重对当前我国航空应急投送现状与问题进行了详细分析,并针对问题与不足,立足我国国情军情,借鉴国内外航空应急救援的先进经验与做法,对加强我军航空应急投送能力建设进行了探讨.“,”The facts of relief efforts in the wake of earthquake in Wenchuan, Yushu, and other places showed that emergency air delivery Is the weakest link in the disaster relief in China. The air emergency support ability relatively lags behind. And an air delivery standardization system still lacks. It is suggested that a martial and local integration air emergency rescue system is to be built, air delivery equipment buiding is to be strengthened, the construction of basic infrastructure of qirports should be accelerated, and a scintific and easily applicable standard system for air military transportation and emergency delivery should be established.
