目的探讨分析Cyclin E、p27及Ki-67蛋白在颅内良恶性肿瘤组织中的表达差异,并分析其临床意义。方法分别选取脑膜瘤28例为良性组,胶质瘤32例为恶性组,另选取正常脑组织19例为对照组,采用免疫组化方法检测各组标本中Cyclin E、p27及Ki-67的表达水平。结果 Cyclin E在恶性组、良性组以及对照组中的阳性率分别为85.7%(24/28)、21.9%(7/32)和0%(0/19),3组Cyclin E阳性率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。p27在恶性组、良性组以及对照组中的阳性率分别为21.4%(6/28)、81.3%(26/32)和94.7%(18/19),3组p27阳性率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。Ki-67在恶性组、良性组以及对照组中的阳性率分别为78.6%(22/28)、18.8%(6/32)和0%(0/19),3组Ki-67阳性率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin E、p27及Ki-67蛋白在不同脑组织中呈现差异性表达,其表达水平差异可能是颅内肿瘤发生发展的机制之一。
Objective To investigate the expression differences of Cyclin E, p27 and Ki-67 in benign and malignant intracranial tumors and to analyze their clinical significance. Methods Twenty-eight cases of meningioma were selected as benign group, 32 cases of glioma as malignant group and 19 cases of normal brain tissue as control group. The expressions of Cyclin E, p27 and Ki-67 in each group were detected by immunohistochemistry The expression level. Results The positive rates of Cyclin E in malignant group, benign group and control group were 85.7% (24/28), 21.9% (7/32) and 0% (0/19), respectively. The positive rates of Cyclin E in three groups were significant Difference (P <0.05). The positive rates of p27 in malignant group, benign group and control group were 21.4% (6/28), 81.3% (26/32) and 94.7% (18/19) respectively. The positive rate of p27 in the three groups was significantly different (P <0.05). The positive rates of Ki-67 in malignant, benign and control groups were 78.6% (22/28), 18.8% (6/32) and 0% (0/19) respectively. The positive rates of Ki-67 in three groups were Significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Cyclin E, p27 and Ki-67 proteins in different brain tissues are differentially expressed. The differences in expression levels may be one of the mechanisms of the development of intracranial tumors.
