江总书记指出“隐患险于明火、防范胜于救灾,责任重于泰山”。党中央、国务院、省委、省政府对安全生产非常重视、非常关心。我省水利战线职工肩负着防汛抗旱、水利工程建设与管理、治理水土流失、供水等重任,关系到千百万人民生命财产安全和社会经济发展,除水害、兴水利,保安全,增效益,责任重大。我们必须牢记江总书记的指示,心系安全、牢记责任。按照厅党组的要求,从“三个代表”的高度、对党对人民负责的态度抓好安全生产。各级党组织特别是领导同志要保持清醒的头脑,真正把安全生产工作摆上重要议事日程,确保安全生产。
