通过凝胶电泳方法,对不同株高和熟性的12个小麦品种及其F1代两个生育期正伸长节间过氧化物酶同工酶谱进行了分析。结果不同品种或F1同一生育时期的酶谱带数基本一致,但酶带活性差异较大。株高不同品种酶活性表现为:矮秆>中秆>高秆;但不同熟性品种间无明显规律。矮秆×矮秆及早熟×早熟组合F1酶活性与相应父本一致或略高;矮秆×高秆和早熟×晚熟多数组合的F1酶活性明显高于相应父本;而矮秆×中秆和早熟×中熟组合明显低于相应父本。同一生育时期,前4类组合多数F1酶活性高于后两类组合。这从生化角度证实了遗传分析得出的由前4类组合更易选出矮秆或早熟个体的结论。
By means of gel electrophoresis, the isoenzymes of peroxidase in two inbred-growing internode of 12 wheat cultivars with different plant height and maturity and their F1 generation were analyzed. Results The number of bands of different varieties or F1 in the same growth stage was basically the same, but the difference of enzyme bands was quite different. The results showed that the enzyme activities of different varieties of plant height were: dwarf> middle stalk> tall stalk; however, there was no obvious regularity among different varieties. The activities of F1 enzyme in dwarf × dwarf and precocious × precocious combinations were consistent with or slightly higher than those in the corresponding parents. The activities of F1 enzyme in the combinations of dwarf × tall and precocious × late maturity were significantly higher than those of corresponding parents; And maturity × medium maturity combination was significantly lower than the corresponding paternal. In the same growth period, most of the first four combinations of F1 enzyme activity than the latter two combinations. This biochemically confirms the conclusion that genetic analysis makes it easier to select dwarf or precocious individuals from the first four combinations.
